Incorrect email address, can't verify

Hello,

I signed up for an account and I mistyped the email address. The address I typed is completely in-valid and yet Cloudflare still set up my account on that address. I also paid for a years service in advance.

I cannot verify the email address (as it doesn’t exist), I cannot change the email address, I cannot log-in to the support dashboard. I am stuck. I cannot refund my payment for the full year.

If it’s the email address you used to post this message, @cloonan can probably get you back on track.

I signed up with an incorrect email address (fat fingers). it is an email address with the domain jungian.cirectory - which you can see is a nonsense domain. I pad for a years service on this nonsense email address.

I have now signed up another Cloudflare account with the correct email address @jungian.directory but the years paid up contract is still on the incorrect email address. Is there please a way to transfer the credit to the new correct account?

I am certain we can figure out a way to assist. To start, I will flag this post for my colleagues on the Billing team.

There is potentially some confusion because initially, I thought I wanted a refund so that I could purchase another subscription.

However, my follow up request was that the subscription I have already paid for be transferred to the correct account

To be clear. The account email is wrong and cannot be verified by me, but I have paid $240 for a year subscription on that login.

I have created a new login with the correct and very email address. I ask that my paid subscription be transferred to that account.
