The SPF is valid at the time I’ve tested it, part of the message you quoted just means you are not restricting to those entries using either ~all
for soft fail or -all
for hard fail.
But that would tighten the record so shouldn’t be a reason your email is not received by one user.
Thanks for the reply. What do we need to modify? For the time being messages from us isn’t going through ot the recipient.
The next question is where practically does the change needs to be done…where do I access this code so I can change it, or can Cloudflare change it for us?
If you need to make changes to your SPF record, edit it in your DNS records are here…
But as I say, your SPF was valid when I checked it. It will be for you to check that it covers all the servers that send email from your domain. If one recipient isn’t receiving your email there should be a bounce message back to you with the reason why.
