Incorrect charge

Hello
There is no paid subscription under my account, but my linked payment method was charged $240, but I can also not find the invoice related to this charge on my billing portal, I’m not sure why they charge my card without having an invoice or any paid service.

Contacted support also no response for days,

You will need to reply to the ticket to have it reopened as you have not replied within 3 days.

I will close this post as all billing related issues has to be taken in the ticket.
