I attempted to purchase a 1-month Cloudflare Pro plan for $25 using PayPal. However, only $1 was actually deducted from my account. The remaining $24 was never charged, even though the billing system marked the $25 invoice as “Paid.” After 7 days, my Pro plan automatically downgraded to Free, which indicates the full payment was not processed. Despite this, I have now been charged an additional $50 for Pro renewal. It seems the system mistakenly believed I had a valid Pro subscription, when I was actually on a Free plan after the trial expired. I would like the Cloudflare team to verify this discrepancy and cancel the $50 invoice and Pro plan status.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked PayPal transaction history: only $1 was charged, not $25

Reviewed my billing page: both $1 and $25 invoices show as “Paid,” but only $1 was deducted

Billing as the main category is the key. But, it sounds like you already have a case open, you don’t want to create a duplicate as that slows the reply time.
