Incomplete Propagation after 3+ days

Domain: HOLLINS.NET

Name servers USED to be on Cloudflare (with DNSSEC). On 12/19/2020, the name servers were switched to GoDaddy. GoDaddy has no answer as to why this is happening.

Only about half the world can find my name servers:

 https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/hollins.net

I have checked all the root servers and A thru M of the gtld-servers hosts all with expected results.

dig @a.gtld-servers.net. ns hollins.net.

These all SERVFAIL:

dig @1.1.1.1 ns hollins.net
dig @8.8.8.8 ns hollins.net
dig @9.9.9.9 ns hollins.net

OpenDNS also fails as reported by their diagnostic tool for HOLLINS.NET. (Sorry, can only put one link in Topic…)

Any help would be appreciated!

Domain is registered at GoDaddy, and GoDaddy says it’s using their name servers. GoDaddy will have to fix this, as they control the domain.

Thanks for the reply. That is my believe also, but they don’t seem capable of fixing it. I thought an expert might be able to provide some insight as to what the exact issue is.

That’s supposed to be GoDaddy. They have a lot of very smart people over there. It’s just a matter of finding them.
