Inbox Full Error


We are getting several complains per day from people trying to email us (most of the times with attachments of a few MBs) that they are getting notifications about our inbox being full (which is not).

Any advice?

Cloudflare doesn’t provide any inboxes. Even the Email Routing service only accepts and forwards incoming emails to your existing email addresses (not provided by Cloudflare).

Please contact your email service provider for help with this. If you don’t know who that is, just tell us the domain name part of the email address with the full inbox and we’ll point you in the right direction. I’d like to ask to consider this a potential bug of Email Routing.

A customer of mine reached out saying that, when they try to send an email to an email address managed by Email Routing, they intermittently get a bounce saying that the inbox is full and can’t accept the email (the end inbox is in Gmail and definitely way below quota)

I understand that Cloudflare doesn’t provide inboxes, but now we have different Cloudflare users experiencing the same problem. Both saying that their Gmail account is way below quota

Is anyone able to help me troubleshoot this potential bug?

Incoming emails bouncing back to sender with “inbox is full” message. Inbox is not full. How do resolve this error?
