Inbound transfer failing

I’m trying to transfer two domain names in, one COM and one NET and CloudFlare is unable to submit the transfer requests. The auth codes are valid and the domain names are not locked at the registry. I have a valid payment credit card on file. When I try, it says the request failed for an unknown reason.

I have tried several times. Is there a way to actually contact a human at CloudFlare registrar?

Also, the names are not subject to the 60 day transfer block.

Are there any other statuses listed in WHOIS for those domains? Some of them are grounds to block a transfer.

Thanks for the help, I’ll contact them. Until a few weeks ago, I was in the registrar industry for 20 years. I’m certain these names can be transferred.
