Inbound and outbound email not sending

The MX and A records are correctly set up and confirmed with the mail provider. The mail is not propagating, and the mail provider says it is a Cloudflare issue. I tried TXT to change the domain name to @, but it reset automatically. This is my setup

Change the mail DNS record from “proxied” to “DNS only”.

Is mail.jenveyhouse.co.za what you are connecting to in your mail client? Other than that, talk to your provider as your Cloudflare settings are ok if that is the correct IP address.
