In tus-java-client, get error as 400 from server

I want to use tus-java-client in android app, Have used below dependencies in code for tus-client:

io.tus.android.client:tus-android-client:0.1.11
io.tus.java.client:tus-java-client:0.5.0

When we try to upload same video twice at that time we get below error:

W/System.err: io.tus.java.client.ProtocolException: unexpected status code (400) while creating upload
W/System.err: at io.tus.java.client.TusClient.createUpload(TusClient.java:211)

Code added is as follow:

For init tusclient:

    try {
        SharedPreferences pref = getSharedPreferences("tus", 0);
        HashMap<String, String> hashMap  = new HashMap<String, String>();

        hashMap.put("Content-Type", "application/json");
        hashMap.put("Authorization", "Bearer <token>");

        client = new TusClient();
        client.setHeaders(hashMap);
        client.setUploadCreationURL(new URL("https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4/accounts/<account-id>/stream"));
        client.enableResuming(new TusPreferencesURLStore(pref));
    } catch (Exception e) {
        showError(e);
    }

When click on upload btn:

try {
TusUpload upload = new TusAndroidUpload(fileUri, this);
uploadTask = new UploadTask(this, client, upload);
uploadTask.execute(new Void[0]);
} catch (Exception e) {
showError(e);
}
