In the rules, in the menu “Choose action” there is no option Allow. This option is in the manual.

May I ask if that’s a screenshot from Firewall Rules or rather some other Rules? :thinking:

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?

Custom Rules do not support “Allow”. Instead, you should use the “Skip” action and select which phases the request should skip.
