In short, I want to switch this domain to a free plan. But these problems do not end and there is no solution from the panel. The site is not added or removed from cloudflare. Cloudflare support service is constantly talking nonsense and is not helpful.
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
I see the domain has cf nameservers, but is still initiallzing. You should contact your domain registrar and ask them to revert the nameservers to their default nameservers and then try to add the site to cloudflare and select a plan type.

Have you already opened a billing support ticket and have a ticket number? You haven’t indicated that, but you’re just repeating yourself over and over with new posts.
