I can’t remove existing policies or add new ones for invited members, and there’s no ‘Edit’ option next to ‘Revoke.’

I’ve been removing existing policies and adding new ones with different domains.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
To invite and add a member, I must set an ‘Account Scoped Role’ of either ‘Minimal Account Access’ or ‘Administrator.’ Domain scoped roles become available only after the invite has been created in my Cloudflare account. After the initial invite, I added the domain scoped role with ‘Domain DNS’ permission to https://perthwheelchaircabs.com.au/. However, now, like with other members, I can’t remove existing policies or add new ones.
