In-addr.arpa PTR records

Hi
I am a bit confused about PTR records.
It looks like Cloudflare now support PTR records and I have entered one on my Cloudflare DNS.

185.122.58.208.in-addr.arpa PTR flamingreal.com

Do i also need to add nameserver entries?

122.58.208.in-addr.arpa NS kristin.ns.Cloudflare.com 
122.58.208.in-addr.arpa NS nitin.ns.Cloudflare.com

I have read in other posts that the PTR records cannot be set on Cloudflare but must be set at the domain registrar company. My domain is registered with godaddy.

Regardless of what the docs here may appear to say, the PTR you’re probably thinking about has to be set by the owner of the server hardware itself. So…your hosting company.
