Improving Cache static content

First time i use a cdn for my website (wordpress) with extratheme (divi)+ wp rocket plugin as cache solution (with addons cloudfare). I 've just installed cloudfare since 2 hours now all seems fine regarding both from wp rocket side settings Screenshot by Lightshot and from cloudfare overview.

But i am disapointed regarding cache static scoring with letter ‘c’

Is there a way to improve this letter “C” from cloudfare ? Thanks !

There are only four assets coming from your domain, and it looks like you’ve set a fairly low TTL for .js and .css files. Anything not loading from your domain is beyond your control.
