Hi, sinnce over a month I try to renew my domain. Impossible to do. Also impossible to connect to Helpdesk Cloudflare. Finally I try a set up a ticket. Impossible to do so as there i always an error message.
I’m afraid I will lose my domain which is a big problem for me.

Can you provide the domain which you are trying to renew?
I checked Cloudflare systems for your account (the email you have for this community thread), but there are no Cloudflare domains under your account for renewal.
Please provide the domain which you registered with Cloudflare Registrar.
