I need tech support to resolve an issue but I don’t have any way on this sight to speak with them or email them. I went to the support page and filled in their questions and got nothing.
Here is what I need and any help getting tech to respond would be forever grateful:
Please add dns manager on your platform - record name @ RECORD TYPE TXT value including quotes “v=spf1 include:spfc45.carrierzone.com ~all”
Cloudflare will not add this record on your behalf. You will need to do it in your Cloudflare dashboard.
Just to call out , this is true for all plan types. We cannot alter records on your behalf.
