Cloudflare Origin Certificate is installed on my site and the cron task does not work due to the fact that it is impossible to locally verify the authority of the issuer of the SSL certificate:

I apologize for the false alarm - the problem turned out to be in an incorrectly configured file.htaccess - after the edits were made, cron started to work.
