Imported DNS zone but website disappeared after name server change

repointed the domain back to the old name servers but the same issue remains

we imported the DNS zone and then changed the name server to point to the zone we created but it shows the error page so the customer changed the name server s back to the previous name server which worked fine but this also now shows the same error

…so likely you have just imported Cloudflare IP addresses into a new account, hence the error.

Make sure your Cloudflare DNS records point to your webhost and ensure to set the nameservers correctly at your registrar, either the pair for the original account if that’s what you are using (tony and tricia) or if you are using the new account, erin and vern.
