Hi,
I intentionally did not pay the July invoice for dz-techs.com to have Cloudflare automatically cancel my Pro subscription. However, this did not happen, and now Cloudflare is attempting to charge me for August as well.
I am seriously frustrated with the lack of response from Cloudflare regarding my subscription cancellation. My ticket number is [Cloudflare - 01023424], and despite this issue being marked as “Urgent,” I have yet to receive any resolution.
Now, my plan is chaged to free after using Pro plan for about 5 days.
Given this situation, I kindly request that you adjust my invoice and charge me only for the 5 days of service I used, not the full month of $50. I expect this to be reflected in my billing, as I don’t believe it’s fair to charge for the full month due to the lack of timely support and resolution.
