IMAP server not connecting. Provider says it's from cloudflare. I'm lost

You did not provide any meaningful information about your setup and problem for us to be able to assist you.

All I can say is make your IMAP server address is not proxied.

Thanks for responding. Pls how do you mean not proxied. What information do you need? I’m still new to this and I’m just trying to find my way here…
