I want to find the IMAP on cloudflare to connect to instantly.ai, but am not sure where to find it, i just connected godaddy domain to cloudflare email thingy, but am not a tech guy so am not sure on how to go with doing that.

Cloudflare does not offer IMAP or any other mailbox service. You will need to configure your IMAP according to your mailbox provider’s instructions.
Make sure to set any relevant email records as 
DNS Only.
