How do I find the IMAP and SMTP for the emails I created on Cloudflare
There’s none.
Cloudflare Email Routing is just an email forwarding service that forwards incoming emails to an existing email address you already have. There’s no mailbox to store received emails, and no facility to send emails.
(If there were an IMAP/SMTP account to log into to view/send emails, there would be no need to forward the emails to another address.)
You need a full-service email solution, the likes of Google Workspace Mail, Microsoft/Office 365 Mail, Zoho Mail, etc. Your website’s hosting service (if you have one already), may come with some form of email service with IMAP/POP and SMTP support.

So could you give me more clarity on this because I’m new to it.
Do I need to connect all the email accounts I made on cloudflare to something like Google Workspace?
I’m trying to use the emails I created on Cloudflare to connect them to the platform Instantly. When you plug in an email to Instantly, they ask for the email’s IMAP and SMTP. Could I connect the emails to Google workspace and then input Google as the IMAP and SMTP when Instantly asks me for it?
You can’t make email accounts on Cloudflare. Cloudflare simply doesn’t have that. If you want to send emails, you need to find another service and forget about Cloudflare Email Routing.
