What is the issue or error you’re encountering

Cannot upload images to Images Cloudflare product from API call. Also the images are not listed under Images dashboard in Cloudflare but the images loaded on website.

The Cloudflare account associated with your Community account doesn’t have an Images Paid subscription.

The Images Free plan doesn’t include storage. To upload images, you’ll need an Images Paid plan.

We have 10$ / month plan and we were using images product for several months and did not have any issues so far.

Ah, looks like the zone is tied to a different Cloudflare account. I do see a previous invoice that shows the account used to have Images, but I don’t see an active Images subscription. Your dashboard screenshot also indicates that the account doesn’t have an active subscription.

Can you add an Images subscription back to the account then retry? If you run into issues with your subscription, then you’ll need to open a billing ticket through the support portal.

Yes it is tied to different account on the company. The images are not listed under the images dashboard but all images that we had uploaded so far are available from the https://imagedelivery.net/ from our account hash that is tied to our account id.
