Since the Websites works fine and acts as a Learning Management Platform, I’d suggest you to upload your content to Cloudflare R2 bucket and serve that from custom sub-domain such as assets.mydomain.com.
Otherwise, use Cloudflare Stream for Videos for the best experience (if the video files are quite large filesize, it’ll take time to load and download for each of your Website visitor or course member, therefrom followed by the issue of “seeking” the video).
