Image Transformation still billed even after Zone is Disabled, i have found other topic in the community regarding this Incorrect Billing, large amount of duplicate charges on Images Transformations I have opened a ticket with case number 01551267 but no reply yet. I stopped the using the service since 1st of May but charged excessively Will my services be suspended if i do not pay the invoice?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have reached out to the support team but no reply yet

The invoice has already been paid automatically because i have a payment method registered in cloudflare

The last 30 days of transformation has now seem returned to normal calculation where the transformation is only showing 87 for the last 30 days.

When something like this happens will we get a refund, still no help from support eventhough i have marked the support case as Urgent. Moderator please help to push the ticket 01551267 thank u
