I’m being presented with a wrong UI screen
Login to my account → navigate to Domain registration Transfer domains → Seing a screen which doesn’t allow me to select a new domain
Note: it started happening after I transferred one of my domains previously. The transfer has been completed and I haven’t started any other transfers
If that is the domain you are looking to transfer, you need to add it to Cloudflare first.

so I can’t start adding a domain from that page? i noticed that it was blinking meaning it loads a state from somewhere
No, you need to add the domain to Cloudflare first as here…
Once the domain is active in Cloudflare, then you should be able to start the registration transfer.
