I'm unable to log in

I’m the new owner of the business and have been trying to change the ownership login and email for my account. I’ve finally changed the email but now the login doesn’t work with Code 1022. I’m needing some support.

I assume you are unable to login to the cloudflare dashboard from your other account. Is that correct?
