I'm trying to update DNS records to migrate emails to Microsoft echange

A customer of ours wants to migrate there email to Microsoft Exchange.

The customer had no information about their domain. So we did a whois.sc on their domain and the DNS hosting provider came back as Cloudflare, the domain register is Netfirms, and the website and email host is Astralinternet.

When I contacted both Astralinternet & Netfirms they both confirmed that the DNS hosting provider is cloudflare.

When I login to Cloudflare with the credentials provided by our customer I cannot find any domain or DNS records to edit at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

Anyone have any suggestions?

Unless your client is using Cloudflare Pages, your client’s site is not hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare is a proxy that sits between users and a site’s host.

Try the guide here to ensure you are in the correct account…

If you are unable to gain access to the account that’s active for the site, you can add the site to the account you have access to and change the nameservers at the domain registrar to take control of the DNS.
