I can reproduce. The na.com site is not blocking my country (United States).

Are you using IP Access Rules, WAF Custom Rules or something else to block countries?

If you’re using WAF or another Ruleset Engine-based product, can you check if your rule is matching when you run a Trace on a sample URL with the Geolocation option set to the country specified in your rule?

Also, could you please provide a screenshot of your rule? This should allow us to help you narrow down the root cause.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I’m using WAF custom rules. I’m not tech savy at all. I’m only blocking one country and have no other rules. I’m not sure how to block IP access? I just watched a tutorial on YouTube.

The rule is country > equals > India

That’s the only rule.

Custom WAF rule is the right solution to achieve this: Block traffic from specific countries · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs.

If it’s not working, make sure you do not have other rules that allow traffic that could be in conflict with your rule (i.e. IP Access rule allowing your own IP).
