I'm sometimes getting repeated responses with status code 500 for the same WHEP url

What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m using a WebRTC player to play the WHEP url provided from a Cloudflare Stream live input. Most of the time, this is working fine. However, sometimes, I’m seeing POST requests to https://customer-MYCUSTOMERID.cloudflarestream.com/MYLIVEINPUTUID/webRTC/play repeated return a 500 with body “Internal error”. I’m not seeing any issues for Stream on Cloudflare’s status page. This issue used to occur infrequently, however, it’s been occurring nearly half the time I trying out a stream this week. I’m glad to provide more info that could be helpful. Any insight into what’s going or how I should approach this?

I’m still experiencing this issue. Can anyone offer any advice what additional info that I can provide? Or how to approach troubleshooting?
