That checking is just an excuse to not allow people to surf the internet, To the people in charge of Cloudflare: Stop doing that! NOW!

Not the Cloudflare CEO nor the Cloudflare janitor can do anything about this.
It is entirely upon the website operators that use Cloudflare services. Cloudflare offers tools to website operators. It is up to the operators to choose which tools they wish to implement. Speak directly to the site operators. They alone are the only ones that can change your terrible browsing experience.
