I'm not sure what is this from the invoice

I haven’t checked the invoices for a while and now I see I pay for something I’m not sure what it is.

Accelerated Gigabytes (First GB is included) - $4.2
Argo Zone Level Plan - Basic - $5

I know I have Argo enabled (Argo Smart Routing) which is $5 per month (I guess is Argo Zone Level Plan - Basic on the invoice) but I don’t know what is Accelerated Gigabytes and how to disable it.

Can anyone assist?

$5 is the base price; it follows a pay-as-you-go model. 0.1$ per gigabyte after the first GB is consumed.
