What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve checked our spamfilter and it doesn’t even show that any email has arrived. When I registered the domain at cloudflare i mistakenly had the wrong MX and thus the email went to the void. Now I can’t verify the account as Cloudflare is not sending out any emails. It worked however to verify the community account.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

No matter how many time I click “Send verification” it doesn’t work.

It could happen that your e-mail address is on the suppression list.

May I also ask if you’re successfully receiving other emails from Cloudflare to those particular e-mail addresses?

May I ask if the email address onto which you’re not receiving verification emails is the same for your Community account and Cloudflare account, or you’re using a different one? :thinking:

In the meantine, just to be sure please make sure you allow all emails from [email protected] and [email protected] to prevent any issue.

Is it the email address within the @plamako.se domain name or some other? I advise not to share it here in a reply, just to confirm. Thank you.

Domain MX records look good. However, if you’re using plamako.se as a hostname for POP3/IMAP/SMTP and it’s proxied :orange: email won’t work since Cloudflare proxy works only for HTTP(S) traffic.

Kindly, consider adding a new DNS record A mail pointed to the IP address of your email/hosting provider and make sure it’s :grey: (DNS-only).
