Im not receiving mailgun mails on my domain anymore

Im using Laravel and Mailgun/Cloudflare on my live cryptocurrency platform.

I have problems receiving emails, previously i added the “ASN” under cloudflare: domain->security->WAF->tools, that worked, but to my understanding that was not good practice/secure so i removed that.

So i instead made a “list” under manage-acoount->configurations->lists, this list i added to: domain->security->WAF->custom_rules with the action “skip”.

I now also added it to: domain->security->WAF->managed_rules with the action “skip”

The list looks like this:

However, i dont recieve any emails when i send it to my domain, do you see any problems with that setup?

Previously it worked fine with the ANS setting, can someone help me out here please?

Were are you expecting to see your domain emails?

In most cases your WAF setting should have no effect on email. Your MX point to Mailgun EU servers. You probably need to check settings in your Mailgun account and coordinate with Mailgun support if they are not routing your mail as expected.

Well basically, i redirect all incomming email to an endpoint where i store the emails in my database for review/reply.

Currently i set up the ANS rule again, so everything works as it should, but i have setup logic to get the ip’s from mailguns SPF records, so if any change i get a notification, but… i cant get it to work with the current onces, hmm

If I am understanding you correctly, your host behind Cloudflare receives a connection from Mailgun to deliver the mail. If so, that is the exact scenario that caused me start with:

When you use the list and do not receive emails from Mailgun, do you see the connection blocked in your activity log? If so, what reason is given?
