I'm not receiving emails to my email accounts

I am not receiving emails to any of my emails that attached to axisexperts com {redacted}.
Hostgator inform me that the AREX (or AMEX) record needs to be pointed back to Hostgator (mail.axisexperts com) along with the IP address (redacted)
