I’m not receiving a verification email after creating new account on Cloudflare. I tried to resend but it does not reach my inbox @protonmail.com. Other emails from cloudflare get in there
I am sorry to hear this happen. It could happen that your e-mail address is on the suppression list.
May I also ask if you’re successfully receiving other emails from Cloudflare to those particular e-mail addresses?
May I ask if the email address onto which you’re not receiving verification emails is the same for your Community account and Cloudflare account, or you’re using a different one?
In the meantine, just to be sure please make sure you allow all emails from [email protected] and [email protected] to prevent any issue. I advise not to share it here in a reply, just to confirm. Thank you.

Yes, I received and email from [email protected] about accesing the account from a different IP so it’s not a general domain issue. And yes, the email address for sending a verification email is the same I used for Community account
Hi @clearmyvin I show the emails as delivered to your mail server and delayed there. I suspect they’ll come through at some point, but there is a slowdown at the server. It may be worth contacting you mail provider to inquire as to why.
