Im not being able to receive and send emails

Hi,

Yesterday I changed the DNS to Cloudflare, but now I am unable to receive and send emails. IT’S URGENT! The website is ahasesores . com

Ensure any mail related subdomains (such as mail, smtp, imap, pop3, mx etc) are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”…

All of the email ones I listed.

How do i change that?

Go to your DNS records in the dashboard here…

For each of the ones I listed press “edit” then change the “proxy status” switch to off (so it changes from orange to grey) then press “save”.

Could you check now if its working fine?

You probably also need to do for the mx subdomain, although Cloudflare seems to be working round that for you if that’s the subdomain used in your MX record.

The others are ok.

Check you can now send and receive email. If not, check what hostname your mail client is connecting to.
