Can’t Login - been trying for a couple of days - Now I’m locked out… Help!
I tried logging in a couple of days ago and it didn’t recognize my userid/password - I asked for them - it told me to use my email address. That didn’t work either. It said it would email me a password/reminder - that never happened. I tried again yesterday and again today. It looks as if my site is still up - I just can’t access to update. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help.
I’m not sure what Homestead refers to, but if you are having trouble signing in to your Cloudflare account, the self-service account recovery methods arec the only option available.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

Well I logged into Cloudflare since I was able to ask the question. Web.com say they’re not Homestead (even though both names are at the top of their site) and sent me to Cloudflare. Now I don’t know where to go. Thanks anyway.
EIG bougt Homestead from Intuit in 2012.
