Unable to get login code sent to my email. No problem getting notification from same email from cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried remove user, but unable to reauthenticate

Could you confirm with us if the email address in question is already registered with cloudflare ?

Hi, the email i registered to cloudflare is [email protected], im not sure do i get u right or not. But i have registered it to zerotrust. If i misunderstood you, can u send some instruction on how to register my email with cloudflare?
