The plan was upgraded from monthly to annual, and the payment covers until February 2026, but Cloudflare is still deducting an additional $250 per month.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I contacted support on March 8, and until now, I haven’t received any response—just automated replies.

I’m worried they might stop the services.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I opened a ticket, called support over the phone, and even changed the card to an empty one to prevent another payment on April 8, 2025.

But I’m still worried they might stop the services.

They haven’t responded for a month, despite my follow-ups. :disappointed_face:

How can we reach them? There’s no phone support, no chat—this is unprofessional, and my client needs an update.
