It is about this site [URL deleted by staff], is hosted by cloudflare. I am very worrying about this site, the site is allowing people searching for childporn, people’s private information and some people are selling them. This is a awful and illegal act. I dont know what to do but I hope that someone can do anything about this.
Complaints cannot be filed via this forum. To submit an abuse report, go to cloudflare.com/abuse. The Trust and Safety team will then review the details and reply if appropriate.

To add to what @sdayman said, contact your local law enforcement and make a report.
This is not really an area where you want to start gathering evidence.
