IIS Screen Error

Hello,

www.1001ss.com ; there is no problem.

1001ss.com ; IIS screen comes up.

When checked, all IPs are correct and DNSs are correct. How can I solve this? No access is provided in any way. Please help!

Since ‘www’ works, I suggest you add a Page Rule like this:

Match: 1001ss.com/* and add a Setting of Forwarding URL (301) to https://www.1001ss.com/$1

Well, I’ve done this before. But even in this way it gives an error.

If it’s ignoring the Page Rule, it’s because you’re using Workers for that route, or that zone is actually handled by your host through a third party integration.

If you can’t track down either, you’ll have to open a ticket:

To contact Cloudflare Customer Support, login & go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?account=support and select get more help. If you receive an automatic response that does not help you, please reply and indicate you need more help.

Thank you sdayman. I created tickets to reach them. Do you know when they answer? Is there anything else I can do?

There’s some sort of error at your server that’s not handling requests that don’t include ‘www’ for your domain. You’ll have to track that down and fix it.

I was told to contact you here on this topic I opened in the community. Please help me! This has been an issue for a very long time …

Thank you…

I passed the ticket where you said. I have been asked from the community to find answers. I guess nobody has any idea how to fix this problem.

Who told you that?

Click on the :orange: to make it :grey: and then wait five minutes to take effect. Then make sure the site loads with HTTPS.

This screen appears when I change it as you say. I don’t understand how a big company like CloudFlare can’t solve this problem.

Cloudflare is not your host. It is not Cloudflare’s problem. It is your host’s problem. Make them fix it or get another host.
