I’m not seeing this error when I visit shop.rvcare.ca. Based on your screenshot, could you please try to update your Chrome to the latest version? As well as try to access your website from another devices to see this issue still happens.

It’s fake, the pop up in a Iframe. Chrome does not prompt you to download the newest browser on a site that is not theirs.
