If using Cloudflare do I still need Autoptimize and Cache Enabler Wordpress Plugins?

I’m not clear on if I still need these plugins. I’m using the free version of Cloudflare.

Yes! These plugins make your server more efficient, which passes that efficiency onto Cloudflare.

In Wordpress, posts and pages are dynamic content, which isn’t cached on Cloudflare, so Cloudflare has to pull that page from your server every time.
