If the IP address is blocked by CloudFlare, does ARGO traffic count?

One of the sites has a PRO rate.
Also the ARGO mode is on
The site is under attack, Cloudflare copes well with this attack, and I am very happy about it.
Despite the fact that the IP addresses of the attackers go to the ban, they still try to enter it, judging by the statistics in real time.
Question, does the ARGO traffic count for the banned IP addresses?

Hi there - attack traffic is not charged, as per:

https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000224192-Billing-for-Argo

You will not be charged for any web traffic related to a DDoS attack or traffic that is blocked by Firewall Rules.
