If our video content on a different CDN provider, can we still use Cloudflare streaming engine?

We currently use Wasabi for our CDN, can we use the CF video streaming engine and use the Wasabi CDN?
(and not upload our content to CF CDN)

I am not sure what features are you attempting to use in Stream?
The basic use of Stream is to have the content on Stream.

So is your question aimed more towards using Stream like a content bucket and use Wasabi to stream the videos or how does it work?
