If I revoke the additional administrator's permission will it reverse the settings changed by that user

I have recently added a user account with administrator permissions in my Cloudflare account. The account holder is going to perform some changes in Cloudflare settings. I did not want to give my own credentials so I added him as an administrator temporarily.

My question is once the work is done and I would like to remove that account will the permission revoke affect the changes performed by that user. I would like to keep all the changes performed under that account but simply remove the user.

No, any changes they made will stay once you remove their access to your account.
