If I move a domain to use CloudFlare, will this affect a client's use of Email on the server that the website is hosted on?

Before I move one of my domains to Cloudflare, I wanted to know what will happen, if anything regarding this question.

I have a client who uses email that is created and stored on their website server (through cPanel). They have a few email addresses.

If and when I move their name servers to Cloudflare, will they still be able to access their email by logging into the website? They have a URL that they go to in order to access and create and send email messages.

I just wasn’t sure if moving the nameservers and DNS to cloudflare, will this interfere or affect their access to email that is stored on the website server?

Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,
Gary

PS: I apologize, but I’m new to using Cloudflare.
