It says,
"Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for www so that www.pmbhavsar<.>com will resolve.
Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for your root domain so that pmbhavsar>.<com will resolve.
Add an MX record for your root domain so that mail can reach @pmbhavsar<.>com addresses or set up restrictive SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to prevent email spoofing."
im not aware how and what to mention there. Could you please guide?
That is a preoposterous conclusion. Your host has to provide the information required to create your DNS records or you won’t be able to use a certificate they sell you. You need find the IP of the server where your site is hosted. Without it, you can do nothing, including visit the site.
Ok ive now received the A records, primary DNS & Secondary DNS. But in Godaddy.in, there is no space for primary and secondary dns entry?
where do i enter the primary and secondary dns entries? also A records are only IP address that i received?
Using https I get error 526 which means the SSL certificate on your origin server is invalid (expired, not for your domain or self-signed).
Using http the domain redirects to www, which doesn’t have a DNS record so you need to add that as well. You’ll probably want to enable “Always use HTTPS” in Cloudflare too.
so u mean I have to pay the original host to get SSL? caus they are asking about $120 for that!!! Why do I then do this on Cloudflare if I have to go through them?
Fronting a non-SSL origin with Cloudflare SSL is not secure and deceives your users into believing their data is secured when it is not as the link is only secured between them and Cloudflare, not between Cloudflare and your origin. For this reason you should always use SSL on your origin (or a Cloudflare tunnel, which handles the encryption instead).
You don’t need to pay for an SSL certificate. You can use a free one from LetsEncrypt, or a Cloudlfare origin certificate (note the latter requires use of the Cloudflare proxy).
That is question that you will need to answer using your host’s documentation. We aren’t going to be familiar with their specific procedures or management interface.
