Does anybody know if authorization of the certificate will continue if Cloudflare is paused? I’m fine with it taking longer to generate if my site isn’t impacted (i.e. uses its own SSL certificate in the meantime)
It will. In fact, leaving it 
(paused) is a good way to avoid downtime while the 
is being issued. This user wrote up a great tutorial.
